Two games this week and both results went against us unfortunately, the reserves went down to a strong Fulham Irish side in Barnet Lane on Tuesday night , trailing by 12 points at half time a strong second half saw us lose by 5 with several goal chances missed and it was a result which could have gone either way in the end , the reserves will now wait to see how the draw for the Championship looks this week for their next fixture .The seniors were in action on Friday night in Ruislip against TCG in the 2020 deferred Tipperary cup final , despite conceding two early goals they turned things round to lead by one at half time but we were unbale to penetrate the TCG rearguard in the second half and went down on a score line of 1-09 to 4-08.There were positives to take from the game and without several key players on the night the performance was not too bad , we will play them again the league on Thursday night in Greenford with a few additions to come in and hopefully we can turn this result around .The Juniors did not have a fixture this week due to the involvement of Three of the squad in Birmingham with the London Junior team , all 3 boys played very well with Coalan Doyle , Matthew Joyce and Matthew Tierney all to the forefront of the London display on the 0-13 to 1-10 draw , the replay takes place in Ruislip next Saturday 02nd August at 2.00pm.

The underage training finished up this week and will re convene later in August before the return to schools, we wish all members a happy summer holidays .

Fixtures

This week sees home games in Barnet on Tuesday night for the juniors against Wandsworth Gaels (7.15) and Sunday against Parnells(2.30) with the seniors travelling to Greenford on Thursday evening to play TCG(7.15) and their final league game at home to North London Shamrocks on Sunday in Barnet Lane (1.00pm).
